How do I search for a Will?

You can submit your Search request Online, By Post, Fax, or through your Solicitor or Estate Planner.

Online - Simply click on the Search button on the main menu. 

By Post - Click on the Search button on the main menu. Print a copy of the Search Form. Complete and send to Freepost WILLDATA.

By Fax - Click on the Search button on the main menu. Print a copy of the Search Form. Complete and fax to: 0845 009 7008. 

Through your Intermediary - Many Solicitors and Estate Planners use Willdata and will submit a Search request on your behalf.
