What does Willdata do?
Currently in the UK, unlike most other European countries, there
is no legal requirement to register either the location of a
Will or even that a Will exists. It is left to the individual
to ensure that their most recent Will can be found. However
many Will Writers and Solicitors recommend Will Registration,
and include it as part of their service.
Willdata.info was founded in 2003 as a National Will Registration
and Search Facility to alleviate this problem and is considered
as the most comprehensive UK National Will Register. We hold
registrations for Wills dating back to the early 1900's.
Our service is successful because we are understanding and thorough,
we don't have expensive fee earners to support and we put you,
our customers, first.
