How much does it cost to submit a Search
for a Will?
To cover our administration costs, Willdata charge a search fee to
ascertain whether a Will has been registered on Willdata's National
Will Register.
You can find details of the search fee and how to pay on the
Search for
a Will page.
If the Will is not yet registered with us we will re-run your
request free of charge at regular intervals. If you instruct
us to do so we will also add the details to our Missing
Wills lists at no extra cost for 12 months. These lists
can be accessed by every Solicitor, Will Writer and Estate Planner
in the UK.
