Use this form to submit a Search Request for the location
of a Lost or Missing Will.
We will search the database to see if the Will you are looking
for has been registered on the
National Will Register.
If you have details of a Solicitor or Will Writer that prepared
the Will and who is no longer contactable,
we will try to trace them on your behalf.
Should the Will not be registered with Willdata, you can include
the missing Will on our
Missing
Wills lists FREE OF CHARGE for 12 months. These can be accessed
by Will Writers, Estate Planners, Solicitors and other organisations
that store Wills. We will regularly re-run your Search Request
FREE OF CHARGE and contact you if we receive any information regarding
the Will you are looking for.
We do not store Wills nor do we hold any information
relating to the contents of a Will.
When you click Continue you will be redirected to the secure RBS
WorldPay payment page.
You will receive an email confirming receipt
of your payment which is also confirmation of our acceptance of
your order. Once we have completed our search (which normally
takes a few days) we will email you at the address you enter on
this form. Please check your Spam folder aswell as your Inbox
as sometimes emails are filtered into the wrong box by your email
provider. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
